Returns and Exchanges


If you want to return the product you bought from Epaavm.com, you can send it together with the invoice within 14 days via our contracted Aras Cargo. All shipping charges for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.

The product to be returned must be sent completely and completely to the address specified on the invoice, with its complete, original invoice, the package undamaged, unused, undamaged as a result of usage error. The label of the product and its accessories, if any, must be present in the cargo package completely and undamaged. There are no refunds in stores. When your return process is completed, you will be informed by e-mail or by phone.
